What Causes Pain In Shoulder While Moving The Arms?
my shoulder has been popping in and out of its socket for several years now, usually painless. However these last few months most movements are very painful and my right arm has become useless for any movement that involves my shoulder. I am worried because now other joints are doing the same thing . my left shoulder has started as well as my left hip to.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
I recommend to do some examinations such as a complete blood count, an X-ray of the shoulder, and rheumatoid factor level for further evaluation.
