What Causes Pain In Shoulder, neck And Back After RTA?

Okay so last year i was hit by a car riding my bike and was left for dead. The cops that the witness called never showed up after a 45 minutes. I had work and couldnt be late so i still attened. My question is i feel pains from the accident and the pains are in my whole right side of my body. I was riding the bike and the whole right side of my body went throught the whole windsheild. I feel pain in my jaw when talking or eating on the right side. My right shoulder is always in excrusiating pain with my right side neck and lower back. What do you think is wrong. I am 23 years old live alone in new york city work 3 jobs to pay bills and have never been x-rayed or been to a doctor since i was 19 when i dropped out of college. What do you think is wrong or could be wrong. I feel pain in my right side jaw, right lower back, and my neck is super shot. The neck is a disaster. Some mornings i cant even get out of bed, but once i do i just get to work. Also i think my penis is starting to stop working and i dont drink or smoke, could this be related??? I eat healthy and excersise. I am 5'8 150 pounds and very athletic and active. I excersise, do sit ups, push up, play basketball daily and use light weights 1 hour daily and work 3 jobs 4 hours each a day.Very motivated since my accident to be healthy, because i feel like i should have died, yet i didnt. Please help for this is as close as i will get to a doctor.
