What Causes Pain In Shoulders After Restarting Baseball Game?

I am having shoulder pain for the past two weeks when istarted playing baseball again after a fewmonths of taking a break because of pregnancy. I did have the pain before taking the break and the pain is the same. the pain occurs when i raise my arm above my head and of course when i throw the ball. the pain is moderate but not constant.
