What Causes Pain In Shoulders And Neck Along With Dizziness?

My friend is experience some episodes that include feeling a weight on his shoulders, dizziness, pain on left side of the back of his neck. He is on blood pressure medication and is also taking hormone treatments for prostate cancer. He is 57, black male. Also has degenerative spine issues. Just experienced unexpected death of his mom and under a large amount of stress.

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you might be developing angina pectoris following the symptoms you displayed. Meanwhile check out a nearby diagnostic center let them conduct an ECG Test you can take tablet aspirin pending the arrival of the test
