What Causes Pain In Shoulders And Tingling In Hands And Legs?

Hi, I am diabetic, my age is 46, weight 94 and height 6FT. I am using drugs for diabetis for the past 4 years. Sugar levels are around 270 - 330 post lunch. in recent times I am feeling pain in my shoulders/elbows and tingling feeling in legs and hands.
