What Causes Pain In Shoulders Especially While Breathing?

I donated eggs this morning at 9am. I am now experiencing shoulder pain in both shoulders. If I'm sitting up they feel fine, achy a little bit, but when I lay down it's painful. And it's painful when I'm at the bottom of a breathe, if I have fully inhaled the pain goes away. Why could be causing this?
