What Causes Pain In Shoulders Radiating Towards Spine And Hips?

I have bad pain starting from my shoulders down my spine down to my hips. Ive been to the dr and looking at my xrays he said he doest see anything. He sent me to physical threapy and i see a pain and spine dr that also tells me he doesnt see anything. I cant get any pain killers from anywhere and im in pain all day and night. Whats wrong with me?

I suggest you read to go for more sensitive investigaton of MRI. For pain NSAID can be used.
