What Causes Pain In Sole And Heel While Sitting And Wearing Flat Shoes?

Hi! I have a problem when I wear a flat shoes. my sole will hurt. I think there is a vein or something that is being stretch. Also, my heel hurts when I sit for a long time. I dont know the cause or the name of this sickness. please help.. thank u so much
