Hello and welcome to HCM,
Night sweats and pain in the ovaries with a previous history of cyst removal in the past raises the possibility of some growth or tumor in the ovaries.
Thus, an ultrasound abdomen is the first line investigation required.
Any growth, enlargement or tumor in the ovary can be picked up on pelvic ultrasound.
Further management will depend on the findings of ultrasound of the pelvis.

Thanks and take care
