What Causes Pain In Stomach,back,breast And Dark Discharge ?
hi
i have been dieting for the last 2 month and have lost neally 2stone which isnt bad seen as i was 16 stone. i am on the pill and have never had any trouble with my periods. last month i got the stomach pain, back ache and breast pain only to be disappointed with a thick dark brown gooey discharge instead of my period. i waited til this stopped, which was a few days and began my new cycle of the pill. however i missed one on saturday, continued takin them the days after, am nowhere near the end of 21 pill cycle and am again having this discharge with the same pains.

Your symptoms may be indicative of side effects of too much diet control. Anemia often affects menstrual cycle. Take food rich in iron, calcium and protein. You can also take supplements. You are on pills, sometimes hormonal imbalance can also cause such symptoms. You have not mentioned if you had unprotected sex. In case you had unprotected sex then you should get a pregnancy test done with the first morning mid stream urine to stay on the safer side.
Get clinically examined by an OBGYN. Get per vaginal check up done to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (Uterus with fallopian tubes) done to confirm pregnancy and to detect ectopic pregnancy. You will be manage and treated accordingly, whether married or unmarried.
