What Causes Pain In Swallowing And Trouble In Breathing?

Hi, I'm a 18 year old girl. I recently have been sick, sneezing and coughing, which was like a week ago... i was fine up until 2 days ago. It hurts to swallow. ok not hurt is painful as sin! I also have constant headache, and I've been running out of breath very quickly. I live on the 5th floor in an apartment building and as soon as a hit the 2nd to 3rd floor, i can barely breath and my head starts pounding... What's wrong with me!!!

you need to undergo a detailed nose , throat and chest examination. you might be having tonsils and adenoid inflammation, which are tissues present in the mouth and behind the nose. if it is present you will be having a difficulty swallowing and breathing.. then again, it can be a lung or heart problem also. so chest examination is also important
