I just got diagnosed as having hsv-2. I've had all the common symptoms but one that keeps bothering me is the nerve pain in my tailbone and buttocks. It's been a month since I contacted the virus and I'm still having this nerve pain, although the sores are gone. I had a really weakened immune system when I contracted the virus...

Please, can Hsv-2 turn into something worse? Or cause other problems?
