Hi, I was exercising and I started to do handstand push ups. When I had done a few I got a sharp pain in my temple. Now whenever I do hand stands or bend to touch my toes I get the sharp pains again. I also get sharp pains every once in a while as I am sitting or Doug anything else.What is this? I thought it was a popped blood vessel, but I m not sure. Is it bad?
