What Causes Pain In Temples And Jaw During Bowel Movement?

Today, when I poop, which is more than usual, my head hurts in a U-shape from my temples through my Jaw. It feels like if it was just a little bit worse, I would pass out. Seems muscular in nature. No areas hurt when palpated. I do not have a fever, nausea or headache and do not feel particularly fatigued. No dizziness or vertigo. I have type 2 and my blood sugar is normal. I also have four stents. I am 44.
