What Causes Pain In Testicle Along With Fever?

Hi doctor from last 3 months I used to have a very very dull minor ignoreable pain in left testisle and i used to think its just my tight jeans or i slpet wrong and started wearing loose formal pants but now its getting worse i can feeel the pain and when i get pain i get fever temperate as wellll,i went to my GP hes done some kind of blood test, urnine test and said there no infection so he sent me for another test Called CLAYMEDIA im still waiting for the results its gona be next week in 7 days
But funny thing is i already done my clayedia test and STD HIV test in sexual health clinic and they all came negative but remember that GP is different these test i have done in sexual health clinic and i got to tel lmy gp they are all negative in UK GPs are useless doctor any idea what it could be
I dont find any lump in my testicle bhot GP and sexual health clinic done tthe physical eaam found no lump
but i do feel somtimes my skin when is compleety loose i mean when my balls are hanging on skin i find on the botom of left testticle there are lots of veins which are not same as i have on the right doc what do think what problem it could be im scrtaed its not a cancer

You've done the best thing to get a doctor to examine you.
The symptoms you've described are typical of an inflammatory swelling in your left testicle.Treatment is started at once,which relieves your pain. The doctor will do certain blood tests and urine routine and culture test ,to rule out a urinary infection. An ULTRASOUND scan of the scrotum with doppler,will confirm the diagnosis along with the blood reports.Keep a scrotal support, so that the testis are held upwards during the daytime.The chlamydia test may be repeated i a second lab., to confirm and clear the doubt.
