What Causes Pain In Testicle And Sensitiveness?

I have had slight left testicle pain for 3 days and it is very sensitive to touch on the underside. Sometimes the pain is in lower left abdomen and upper thigh...like a groin pull would feel. Is it epdidymitis, I think I had it before. I also had vasectomy 4 years ago. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

General Surgeon 's  Response
It may be epididymitis. But if i am your doctor, i would like to go for urine examination. Urinary tract infection is common cause for epididymitis. Antibiotics needed for the treatment. And a cause of urine infection is present, then it needs a treatment for it.
