General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
These are the classical symptoms of Prostatitis.
You have to know and understand that this is one condition where The Surgeon or urologist can help you by an actual therapeutic prostatic massage. One gets the sample of prostatic fluid for gram staining, AFB staining ( for TB), culture and sensitivity. This may help in diagnosis of the real problem.
This also helps to relive the congestion and helps relive symptoms.
All other tests like ultrasonography and CT scan help to add on the diagnosis and know the extent of the disease.
I think you should be started on intravenous antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines. Remember this is a typical disease. Takes more time to heal and tricky even for the Urologist.
All the best for an early and complete recovery,
