What Causes Pain In Testicle, Urge For Frequent Bowel Movements And Nausea?
Achy pain behind left testicle traveling upward inch or 2... Feel need to deficate often....slightly nauseous ...started Saturday evening with little loss of breath and nauseous...passed quickly....yesterday not too bad...today been pretty steady pain/ nauseous and moving of bowels but not diarrhea
The achy pain behind left testicle travelling upward, nausea and acute catch of breath indicate possible orchitis or epididymitis condition through some sort of bacterial infection most likely. My guidelines at present: - Defer to use tight undergarments - Loose, clean, cotton inner wear - Analgesic with anti-inflammatory action as diclofenac, serratiopeptidase as proteolytic enzymes - Antibiotics as cephalosporin, amoxycillin with clavulanic acid or other as per the choice of your doctor - Plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection - Avoid masturbation or sexual intercourse if active at present
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
