General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The achy pain behind left testicle travelling upward, nausea and acute catch of breath indicate possible orchitis or epididymitis condition through some sort of bacterial infection most likely. My guidelines at present:
- Defer to use tight undergarments
- Loose, clean, cotton inner wear
- Analgesic with anti-inflammatory action as diclofenac, serratiopeptidase as proteolytic enzymes
- Antibiotics as cephalosporin, amoxycillin with clavulanic acid or other as per the choice of your doctor
- Plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection
- Avoid masturbation or sexual intercourse if active at present

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
