Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Causes of testicle pain or pain in the testicle area can include:

1.Testicle injury or blow to the testicles-The testicles are very sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause testicle pain or discomfort.
2.Hydrocele (fluid buildup that causes swelling of the scrotum)
3.Inguinal hernia-which is a condition that occurs in the groin area when fatty or intestinal tissues push through the inguinal canal. The inguinal canal is located at the base of the abdomen and is connected to scrotum.
4.Kidney stones may cause testicle pain.
5 Mumps
6 inflamed testicle or fluid buildup in the testicle

So visit a doctor, for check up if problem persist
Don't worry he would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
