What Causes Pain In Testicles Post Masturbation?

Hi. I need help it's embarrassing. I was masturbating and ejaculated. Them I did it again when I was in a flacid state (not hard) and I have this pain in my right testicle. I also now feel like my testosterone levels are low. Before I was hard like 20 times a day not any more please help a guys worst nightmare

Pain in lower abdomen or testicles can occur when you masturbate again after ejaculation, this is due to painful contraction of seminal vesicles & vas deferens who are empty due to previous ejaculation. This is somewhat normal & you should avoid masturbating again in such short time. You could take painkiller for such pain

Masturbating upto 3-4 times a day is normal, excessive masturbation can be harmful to your sex life. You should try to focus more on your studies & should avoid watching porn/adult content.
