What Causes Pain In Testicles?

I was feeling fine Saturday and had sex that night. Woke up fine Sunday morning, by lunch my left testicle was aching like a toothache. It hurt to walk. Had sex angain Sunday night, woke p fine Monday morning and by 9:00AM was aching again. Would could this be? I am a 33 yr male, 5'10" tall, 18lbs., and only problem i have is hypothyroid.

1.Its just inflammation / infection in the testis / epididimitis.
2.A course of antibiotic may needed for treatment.
3.If there is any chance to have injury to testicles while sex, we can suspect torsion which also gives pain.
4.To be safe side, you have to get your ultrasound scrotum done, it will help to find out if its infection / inflammation or any partial torsion.
5.So suggest to visit your GP and get the scan done.
