What Causes Pain In Testicles?

I have testes problen it's happend four month ago one night I am sleeping when I walk up I feel some thing in my trouser like water then I feel pain as well slowely slowely pain is finish know my testes is loose and hang and when my body is coold is go up

HI. These testis going up in cold and hanging down in warm atmosphere is the normal function of the scrotum. This is why the testes are kept outside the body.
When the stalk with which the testis hangs in the scrotum is long , there can be a torsion and can cause severe pain , as you had.
Please take the opinion of an Urologist, as he may determine whether you need a single stitch operation to fix the the testis to avoid rotation and pain.
