What Causes Pain In Testis And Premature Ejaculation?
Hello I am 36 years old and I feel pain in testis. I want to know whether it is due to masturbation, which I am doing for last 20 years. When I do intercourse I feel little pain and I am also suffering from Premature ejaculation. Please suggest solution.

Painful intercourse, pain in the testicular region and pre mature ejaculation may require an in person examination.
As there may be several causes like injury, scarred tissue, std, erectile dysfunction, varicocoele, etc
Visiting a Urologist or an Andrologist will be needed for an in person examination, and if any diagnostic test required.
