General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The severe intensity of the constipation indicates narrowing of the part of colon through stricture or else. There is strong suspicious about the anemia via loss of blood in the stool as melena. Kindly get a fecal occult blood test and colonoscopy report of the bowel and further assistance accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
