What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Upper Chest?

i ve been receiving slight weird pains in my stomach often not too painful to bare . sharp pains in my upper chest , sore breasts , constapation ,bowels coming out it in lumps most of the time now, also having to go to the restroom daily on demand. & im now also starting to break out in my face . does these symptoms seem alarming or familiar to you ? i dont have insurance right now its its a little difficult getting information i need. thank you

Hi,

These can be signs and symptoms of irritable bowel disease in which patient can have pain in stomach which can radiate to chest. Patient either has loose stools or compact from constipation. Due to acid reflux there can be pain in chest and overall high acidity causes pain in stomach.

You don't worry. I suggest you some dietary modifications: Take fibers in diet like vegetables, reduce consumption of coffee, coke. Take good sleep of 8 hours. Take milk and curd mixed in solution form. It makes gut healthy.

You can also take drugs for 15 days capsule Lansoperazole OD for 15 days. Syrup Digene BD for 1 month.
