What Causes Pain In The Abdomen On The Left Side?

i am having left lower abdominal pain. right above my pelvis bone. its feels sharp and crampy. its a constant pain worse with movement and a lot worse when i begin to urinate. after urinating it goes back to the same constant pain. what could this be? should i go to the ED?

it appears to be calculi urinary bladder. can go for ultrasound kub and consult urologist for examination and advise on treatment.till such time can take antispasmodic like buscopan.
