What Causes Pain In The Abdomen Radiating To The Back?

I have had a stomach pain for a couple years it ranges from sharp to dull to constant and right now the sharp pain has radiated to my back also my head feels funny I feel like I m light headed and like something in my head is just wrong I can t fully explain it all

Hi,

Do you have a fever? Are you taking any medications? I suggest you take T.Buscopan b.d twice daily after food for 3 days if symptoms persist I advise you to take CT abdomen and consult your physician.
