What Causes Pain In The Anal Opening?

HI doctor, I have pain in the anus opening. I have the problem before. Now the problem is increased for me. At the opening of anus there is hammeroids. I have pain in the penis also. End of the penis has become swollen and red .i have facing urinary incontinence now. I have problem related bowel also movments. whenever i have food my stomach starts paining is some occassions. Sometimes my motions is watery or hard stools. My problems started almost 2 years and it is going on. What is suggestion on this case? Kindly advise.

Hello,

I think you should take a hemorrhoids cream such as proctis M to be used topically.

Avoid being constipated and straining in toilet because it will make the hemorrhoids worse. If it still doesn't get better you can visit a proctologyst.

The redness and swelling in your penis may be related to any STD and you should get tested for STD and do also an uroculture. You may need to take antibiotics.
