What Causes Pain In The Arm After A Shot Of Tetanus?

i got a tetanus shot in my left arm ...on a monday...then by tuesday i started to have left arm pain. Went to dr...ekg fine...pressure fine...went to ortho...said that the tetenus can sometimes inflame lymph nodes down arm. Have you also heard of this as well?
