What Causes Pain In The Arm After Receiving Shingles Vaccination?

Hi I had the shingles shot 2 days ago. My back of arm started to hurt like hell and really itch.I looked yesterday and it was really swollen. I have been ice packing it twice a day and it does bring swelling down, I also had a sore throats today and a headache. Should I see a dr. Or is this normal. I also have fibro, sjogrens, psoriatic arthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.
