What Causes Pain In The Arms?

hello, my question may be a little odd so please bare with me. whenever i masturbate in the same day i always have pain in my arms maybe it s my nerves not sure though, but the problem is the first time i pee after masturbating that pain becomes alot more painful even if the pee is 6+ hours after it, any suggestions for the problem and possible speculations on the pain reason?

There is no relation of pain in arms with masturbation, unless it is used very vigorously to masturbate the penis.
