What Causes Pain In The Back And Difficulty Breathing After Taking Bacterium Antibiotics?

In March I had a bad sinus infection that seem to lead into bronchitis I could feel a tickling in my lungs and had a couple of coughing spells where I would cough so hard I almost gagged. It went away with bacterium antibiotics, but now it hurts in my upper back left side to take a deep breath. It also hurts if I turn around in my car to see if a car is behind be. What could this be?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of local muscle pain in your back. I recommend performing a cervico-thoracic spine X-ray study and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR). In the meantime, I recommend taking ibuprofen or Naproxen for the pain. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
