General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the back and hip pain are due to:

- over weight
- spondylosis (age related) involving lumbar and sacral spine
- low physical exercise related
- calcium level homeostasis disturbances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
