I had fusion and decompression of l3 and l4 four months ago I had no pain in my back and no claudication of my left leg for six weeks but now both are returning especially the claudication after walking one block could scar tissue formation be the cause

As a first line management, analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated.
