Hello doctor good morning...i would like to ask about my problem to my back pain muscle and come up to my neck till head..my doctor gave medicine gupisone and betaserc 16,,please last month i took this medicine im be fine,,now last few week the pain cameback again,,please can you tell me what i should to do for machine pain Thank you so much Jocelyn Escoto

The best way to reduce back and neck pain is to start practicing yoga, although gradually the pain will be relieved. But it will be having a long term effect.
