What Causes Pain In The Back And Palpitations Of Heart?

Hi, I am 27 years old and Im quite worry of my health. I haven's get my period for 2 months but when i do pregnancy test, it showed negative twice. I'm quite surprise my back and my heart sometimes giving me pain when I try to avoid go for urine. Previously I can stand for 2 hours to stand with the urine.lol..

Hi,welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms point to urinary cause likely to be BLADDER DYSYNERGIA.This can cause symptoms like urinary hesitancy and retention.Drugs like tolterodine and darifenacin will help.I suggest you get a screening ultrasound of your kidneys to rule out stones.Renal stones if any are treated through shock wave lithotripsy.Drink plenty of water.This back pain is not related to your heart as such.consult a nephrologist for further queries.
