General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of TMJ, get properly treated for it. Risk factor like arthritis (OA & RA) & connective tissue issue may trigger the symptoms. Get investigations for OA, RA done, get treated at the earliest.

Cramping pain and numbness/weakness of the arms are indicative of neurological problems or fibromyalgia.

Visit ER, get physically examined, get Nerve Conduction tests, Nerve Biopsy, CBC, Urinalysis done to get assessed treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
