General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

With such presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out kidney stone by doing whole abdominal ultrasound because you had abdominal tenderness and if ultrasound is normal then it might be due to muscle strain. So, I may prescribe pain-reliving medication like Ibuprofen, which needs a prescription and you may be advised one blood differential count only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
