What Causes Pain In The Back Right Side Of The Head And Dizziness?

Hi, I am sacred lately because I have had this headache for about a week now. It is in the back right side of my head. Sometimes in my upper neck as well. Recently I have been feeling slightly dizzy and a tingling sensation in my left leg and sometimes face. What do you think? Help please...
