What Causes Pain In The Back, Stomach And Breasts With Missed Periods?

I have recently been treated for pid I had a swab test and smear and both came back clear I have been taking the tablet for 2 weeks now and I am recently experiencing back pains lower and upper and pain on my upper stomach I also get pain in my breast somtimes and I am also missed my period what could be wrong?

Hi. first check for pregnancy test and reason for missed period.breast soreness can be due to this reason. pain in upper stomach may be due to gastritis as you are on antibiotics for the last 2 weeks.back pain is associated with pregnancy symptom or UTI along with. Take treatment after confirming about pregnancy.
