What Causes Pain In The Back?

I was fighting with my brother a few days ago, and ever since I've had massive pain in the lower right of my back. Any kind of bending or twisting, getting dressed in the morning, causes grimacing pain. The advil's are helping, but you can tell when they start to wear off. I did take punches to that area. What got hurt?
