What Causes Pain In The Ball Of Left Foot?

I am having pain on the ball of my left foot when walking. It is not severe enough to cause me to limp. I have not experienced any trauma to my foot. It does not appear swollen or inflamed. I am a 65 year old male, weigh 183 pounds and am 63 inches tall. I have Type 2 diabetes that is fairly well controlled. My last A1C was 7.2. Can you tell me what the problem might be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to muscular spasm and poor gait could be the reason I would suggest to have Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day and try to maintain proper gait hope this information helps.
