What Causes Pain In The Bladder During Urination?

When urinating I m getting a strong sense to push when going and as I urinate I have pain in my bladder and into my penis. The stream isn t weak but at the end I get a continued sense like I want to keep pushing to the point where it feels like I m not empty. At the end it only dribbles but I have nothing left in me. This has been going on foe 3 days now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The pain you feel in your bladder and into your penis while urinating for 3 days now is suggestive of possible uro-genital infection.

Urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound and complete blood count to run further to evaluate respective changes.
The reports will help determine the right diagnosis and treatment strategy.

For the moment, I advise to:
- increase fluids intake
- take cranberry supplement
- take spasmex or ponstan for the pain

Wish fast recovery.
