What Causes Pain In The Bones And Joints With Fatigue?

Just trying to find out why all of a sudden my bones, joints ache and feeling fatigued. Arthritis? Fibromyalgia? My RA factor is positive. By being positive, is there a number that you look at when it s positive saying it is a low positive, med or high?

Hi Dear
RA is a possibility if patient has pain and swelling of hand joints with morning stiffness of more than 30min and rheumatoid factor can be positive or negative you can do anti CCP which is more specific for rheumatoid arthritis and also see if your ESR is high, as rheumatoid arthritis is a life long disease proper evaluation before labeling diagnosis is important.
