What Causes Pain In The Breasts And Hips Upon Bending Over?

Every time I bend over I am in pain from my breast to my hip area. It feels like my body is pulling me down. Getting up is painful in the same area. Sudden bending is painful. So painful then I scream. When I breathe it feels like something heavy is sitting on my chest. If I turn over in bed suddenly, I can not breathe, if I rise from a sitting position to fast, I can t breathe. What is the problem?
