What Causes Pain In The Breasts And Lower Abdomen?

i took a plan b 2 or 3 hours after the condom broke during sex. two weeks later, my breasts hurt and i m having on and off cramps in my way lower belly, right above the pelvic area. i got a light pink watery discharge(?) but when i wiped, that was it. i haven t got any more. i took a pregnancy test 11 days after the sex and it was negative, and was supposed to get my period only a few days after the sex but i guess the pill delayed it. also, i should have already ovulated when i took the pill. i read it won t work then. :( what does all this mean? also, my sister gave me a single birth control pill when i told her what happened. i m not sure if that would do anything.
