What Causes Pain In The Breasts?

hi i had a hysterectomy 9 years ago i am now 56 for the last few months i have been having stabbing pains in both my boobs but only at the sides not all over i had a mammagram and mentioned this and was told nothing was showing up but the pain is getting worse

It could be related to hormonal imbalance at this age. Try evening primrose oil for local application.
