What Causes Pain In The Buttocks After Surgery In The Back?

I have developed very sharp pains in my buttocks (r l) in the last few days. It is more in the area exactly where I sit down. There is no sore or break in the skin. It feels almost like a stone bruise feels on the bottom of your foot. I have not fallen or hit anything. I have had two back surgeries in the last 2 years and have fusions from L2 to S1.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is bilateral then it could be due to spinal degenerative disease in my opinion it has to be ruled out and for that better to get done the MRI test till then pain can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, try to maintain good posture while sitting hope this information helps.
