What Causes Pain In The Calves?

I m having pain in both of my calves, the pain is walkin, sitting or lying down . The back of my legs are not hot the pain starts behind only one of my knees but both of my calves are hurting. I have not been excercising it s a nagging pain in both legs

Could be due to spine problem or calcium reduction. So try with ORS AND calcium supplements. Inspite of above said thing then go for MRI of lumbar sacral spine
