What Causes Pain In The Center Of The Chest After Fighting?

Bad headache sweating cold chills center of my lungs hurt when take a deep breath yawn or cough , got into a fist fight two days ago got two gashes on top of my head and one on my forehead also one on my cheek could I get sepsis from wounds on my head and face ? Could fighting make my lungs hurt like this?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, external wounds if not treated properly, can lead to infection and sepsis.
So better to first get done proper surgical dressing of wounds.
And possibility of chest injury unknowingly during fight is more.
And this blunt chest trauma can cause rib fracture, pneumothorax, Pulmonary contusions and musculoskeletal injury. All these cause chest pain on deep breathing and yawning.
So get done chest x ray. If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs. Avoid such fighting in future. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Get done chest x ray and surgical dressing of wounds.
